Delivery and your customer care closing case with out any solution

KWI/0421/34557 this is the 5th time it happens, your staff send my package to a wrong address (I am in Kuwait City, they sent to Salam) and then the update is "attempted delivery, need address update" I have been calling everyday the package still stuck and I sent a complaint, the customer care sent me some meaningless lines and case marked closed. Based on what closed?
