Wrong delivery complaint

Dear Aramex, As always we trust in your service as reputable courier company in the world. But there was an very unfortunate event faced by me while importing shipment # [protected] which had reached destination airport on 30 March-2021 and finally after long follow up the door delivery was made on 21 April-2021 and I found that shipment doesn't belongs to me and someone else's shipment has reached to me. I request for inquiry on this case and resolve the issue within 25 April and failing to which we shall initiate an law suit at Consumer court. Regards Iqbal +[protected]
