Where is AOL??? Can't get into my mail. Won't let me change my password even though I've entered the right password multiple times. Service on the phone is very poor. It is July 4th and customer service number says they are not open on Sundays. And if you decide to wait to speak to someone it will be a long time before anyone picks up since they are flooded with calls. How does one get help?
