Order number: [protected] The item is listed as an Original NECA figure but when I received it, it was not the case. I first contacted the seller which kept assuring me it was original. I explained it was not and gave him all the facts and proof that it was a counterfeit (sending him pictures of an original NECA figure). Since the seller only agreed to refund a minimal amount I opened a dispute asking for a partial refund of less than half the price paid which was fairly reasonable... The dispute decision was to return the item and seller pay shipping fees!! The seller didn't want to pay return fees and I am unable to pay them upfront because shipping companies ask for a crazy amount to send an item to china (see screenshots). I contacted Aliexpress customer support which told me to wait for the dispute to end... The way AliExpress is handling their disputes is totally not consumer oriented and against their own buyer protection policies.
