I bought a media device for my car from Aliexpress on 22/5/2021 but till now I have been expecting it to arrive. tracking number says was delivered successfully but a confirmation letter I got from the local post saying that the parcel was delivered to flat1 while my address is flat2. I have informed Aliexpress several times that I haven't received my parcel and claimed for refund but was rejected.after I received the letter from the post I made appeal twice, but the system doesn't allow me to attach the letter. I have made numerous chat with agents and they promised they have attached the letter to my appeal but again Aliexpress response was I didn't have evidence. it seems either the letter is not attached to my appeal or Aliexpress ignoring deliberately I want my money to be refunded asap.
