Received four lightbowl toilet lights from company yy006 order no [protected] one had part of the battery case missing the others switch on but will not switch off automatically. These lights are unable to be used. Dialogue withyy006 was commenced shortly after delivery but has now expired on 15 days without resolution. Disapointing as these took an extraordinary time to deliver and do not work. This company yy006 does not appear to be able to resolve this satisfactorily. I have become angry with the continuous evasive messages to me. Please can you assist?
