Springdale, Arkansas June 16, 2021 Ran car through wash and on going to vacuum vehicle found that it was still covered with dirt and bird droppings. Manager ran car through again with same results. My wife had to towel wash the vehicle in the vacuums area. Paid $25.00 for the wash due to misleading cost signs at entrance. Wash was supposed to include pre-soak but employee stated it was broken and couldn't be used. Manager stated several brushes inside the wash were not functioning properly thus the poor removal of road grime and droppings.
