Poor Car Wash / Poor Customer Relations

Hello, I used the Zipz Carwah today at 3910 Oxford Station Way in Winston Salem North Carolina. As I rode through the wash tunnel, the wash brush on the right hand side fo the car was not sponning and did not come close to the car leaving the right side of my vehicle untouched. After going through the brushes and reaching the wax station, there was not a spray across the car, everything came down in one straight stream on the right side of the car and did not coat my vehicle at all. After completing the wash, I went inside to speak with the staff on duty. His response was yes we know it is doing it to all the cars there is nothing we can do about it. There was absolutely no concern about my vechile not receiving the treatment that was expected. No apologies, no attempt to make things right, only excuses that it was a corporate problem they had no control over. This is not the type service or attitude that would inspore me to return for further vehicle treatments. Douglas R Collins [protected]@gmail.com
