Adverts interrupting this concert of Handle's Messiah is a serious absence of good judgement, sensitivity and taste. They were not present when I first listened to this excellent music making. Why were they added later ? Interrupting this very remarkable performance of this religious work, with advertisements, is so appallingly crass as to be offensive.
