I ordered some makeup from a reliable store and they sent my package; it cleared the initial process of entry to my country, and the next day it was marked as delivered. I tried emailing the seller and Yanwen about it; I even tried calling. Never got an answer from Yanwen and the seller is refusing to refund me since the package was marked as "delivered" the product was close to $100 and I will like to get a refund from my product since I have lost hope of getting my package.
