Products like the 4 "stain glass" birds for mothers day were actually a painted piece of plastic. They even had video showing the stain glass process. Being a china company, it's hard to communicate & get a refund. I think this difficulty to resolve is by design to make the customer give up on a return. Yahoo should not allow these scamers to advertise & support customers in getting refunds. There are a number of items i'm interested in ordering, but now i'm afraid to because of the Yahoo scammers.
