This company contacted me a few years back and said they were looking into PPI claims for me. I already been in contact with another company and my own bank and I was successful in recovering a claim with my bank. I got no letter from Wilson Tarquin to say it was through them only a letter from my bank and the money was Paid direct into my account from my bank. Again no mention that Wilson Tarquin had anything to do with this. A few weeks later I got calls demanding around 40 per cent of the claim, I asked for proof to why they are Owed this money. I have never received this and now I am being threatened with debt collectors.
