charging for work they didn’t do and continuous harassment

Wilson Tarquin were constantly calling me to apply for PPi, I did but after about two years they still hadnt got me my money. On the very last night to claim my daughter followed Martins money advice from TV and made a claim on my behalf. For the next six months she was in constant contact with the bank and finally got me the PPI.The bank then phoned me for more information. On the 7th of February 2020 my bank wrote to me to tell me that I would be getting a PPi refund. In April 2020 out of the blue I got a letter from Wilson Tarquin telling me that 'they' had secured my money and I would be receiving it in the next few weeks and that I owed them £500. The money had been paid weeks before Wilson Tarquin didnt know this. I phoned them and explained as advised by my solicitor that clause 5 in the agreement letter stated that they can only charge me if they had done the work..they hadnt! and that was the las I heard from them until February 18th when I received a letter from a Baliffs. I tried to call the Baliffs but everytime I called I was always 90th in the queue. I called Wilson Tarquin and an employee called |Mylo advised I send my proof in an email and told me every client was complaining about DCBL that people couldnt get through. I sent an email to Wilson Tarquin they never replied so two weeks later I emailed again, still they didnt reply. I am now taking this to the Financial Ombudsman. I live with my son and his family, I have no assets apart from my clothes and most of them are second hand. Reference at Wilson Tarquin FB-9813950
