You can access your Travel Bank credits by signing into your WestJet Rewards account at www.westjet.com/account. Travel Bank: [protected] Travel Bank refund: 524.10 When a booking is cancelled, and the original form of payment for that booking included Travel Bank credits or WestJet dollars, the original expiry date(s) for the credits/dollars will remain. Any additional credits will be given an expiry date of two years from the date issued. It has been almost a year, since I have received this email confirming refund. I do not want a travel bank but actual refund to my Mastercard account. Any idea when this might happen? Please advise asap. Thank you!
