I would like to know where the Rules are posted regarding use of electric carts? Along with the Map/Area outside and inside that carts can be driven and used. Case in point: I I have looked at where the carts are parked at front of store and I have never seen a sign or notice that states that the use of this cart can only be either: Inside, Inside and Outside Etc. I have been told that the courts are not allowed to leave the Walmart store however handicapped individuals need the carts to use from the parking lot to the store. I want to know what the rules are and where are they located for the general public to know that they can either use the card only in the store or use the card inside and outside of the store and if the use of set cart is outside does it only cover their parking lot or the parking lot that covers all stores that Walmart sits on.
