unethical behaviour from service provider and wrong misleading information

i am vodafone client for 19 years, recently my number was diverted to another and failed to cancel that divert when i asked help from customer service they gave my wrong and misleading information then they apologized and told me it was their mistake and it will be corrected in few days after their call they deactivated my sim then i asked nearby branch who adviced new sim with same number and told me deactivation was mistake from customer service, after using new sim i noticed deactivation of my vodafone cash account and customer service told me it was illegally used from vodafone for three years and they are working on correcting that mistake over three months i am trying with them finally i decided to leave vodafone and provided written request to divert my number to another service provider vodafone team in egypt is non cooperative and not well trained most of time they are giving wrong and missleading information
