Have been denied benefits from VEC . They claimed to have sent me letters in mail which i have proof that they did not. Need help . Have been waiting for my unemployment money for over a month. Have followed proper instructions, ID Me, registered with Workforce, and sent in my work searches. Please help me as this has been the most stressful time of my life dealing with VEC office. You try to call and they will not answer, do not know how to answer, and lie to you when they do answer. They told me that everything was fine with my claim and now they have denied my claim after over 6 weeks being ok. I spoke to a person last week and she said that all was ok with my claim.
