I ordered over $200 worth of stuff a loooong time ago. In fact, three weeks ago and it hasn't arrived. I called several times asking what was going on, and they said since I'm in Canada sometimes it takes a while to get through at the border. I've ordered online from so many different places and never has a package taken so long to arrive. Shipping was expensive, and as far as I'm concerned putting the package on a donkey would be faster than the shipping method they use. There isn't even a tracking number so I can see what's going on. I was told it could be another three weeks til my package arrives! That's outrageous. Unless the items are beyond stupendous I will never order from here again!!
