Order #12221; ref #20210122CA6D96USPABT. Order cancelled within 3 days of placing order. He has no photo ID to submit to proceed with the application. Numerous attempts have been made by me to recoup my money for this order. I have made several calls and received no return calls or action on their part. I have filled a refund request and still no response. I paid for this application for my son, Terry Dean Wilson Jr; because he had no money to process this application himself. I just want a refund, my son can pursue a new birth certificate himself; if he so desires in the future.
