I bought your cigarettes as usual and couldn't drag because of worms holes in my cigarette . Found all worms in whole pack . Complained to counterperson, they said they would tell rep. The rep told them nothing they could do. Really bad attitude I think. Do you not have quality control ? With all your company makes this is a ridiculous thing. Would like to know who has authority about this happening ? Why are you not inspecting the tobacco. Do your factories have worms ? Are your employees in danger ?
