Your menthol 100 cigarettes are packed so loosely resulting in bent and many times broken cigarettes. . This is a tobacco deficient product. Plus the loose tobacco burns much too fast. I do not feel that I am getting a good value for my money with this product. I have also spoken to many other users of your products and they all say the same thing to me. Many of my friends have stopped buying your cigarettes altogether, however I wanted to at lease tell you about this problem in hopes that USA might rectify the problem.
