I bought a rifle and had it shipped to my gun shop which is a FFL holder. The driver arrived, found the business closed which would not be open until the next day and left the firearm outside overnight. The owner of the gun shop called me to notify me of the problem as this had to have a signature to deliver. I believe BATF would have a problem with this. I would like a Manager to return my call. I have the drivers notice stating he left it at the front door of the business.
