Hello, I ordered from Tractor Supply, order #[protected] with a UPS Tracking Number of 1Z55EV030315056871, arrival date 7/23/21. The item never arrived and I've been waiting for item. Today, I finally looked into it and UPS tracking states, "Merchandise is missing. UPS will notify the sender with additional details. / All merchandise missing, empty carton was discarded. UPS will notify the sender with details of the damage. PORT CHARLOTTE, FL. This is impossible to all be missing, as this is a 45-lb bag of dog food. I called the sender, Tractor Supply, and they were never notified and I was never notified either. This is an item I need and my local store seldom has the item, so now I am out of it and have to figure out some type of alternative. I request a refund from UPS. Thank you
