Not delivering packages to my home

UPS Tracking package number 1Z 585 RF3 [protected] 8-4-21 I've made several complaints to the Aiken, SC UPS office speaking to Carol Lewis phone number [protected] about my packages being left at the street where they can be stolen. When I originally started with my dismay about leaving my packages 700 feet from my house back a couple of years ago a note was put into the system to put the deliveries up at my house under the roof on a bench just down from the garage door. I had to make up several signs to direct the people delivering said packages. (See pics) I called Carol today to tell her my new cell phone was left on the ground next to the entrance with the signs but she said that she just came on to her shift and had to call me back. A half hour later I explained what happened again. I said that this has happened too many times before and that I was ready to go on TV to lambaste UPS for their terrible service. I said I was paying to have my packages delivered to the house not to the street. She asked me to wait a minute to check her computer and thought we should put in a note to the drivers. She read what she saw telling me that we had already done that. Then she told me she would send a note to the supervisor in charge. I said that we have done that many times before and asked if I could speak to the manager. She basically blew me off making up excuses saying there was a new guy only being there a week and that he was off. She didn't know his name when I asked for it skirting the issue saying she could only send a note to the drivers boss. I stated that I would make a complaint to UPS Corporate HQ's and she said I should continue on addressing the issue. In essence she said that she knows that these things are happening and went on to say that their short on workers, etc.. All in all, my complaint fell of deaf ears once again ergo this complaint.
