No class, no refund

I scheduled the lesson with the first teacher and she canceled it. After that, Tutoroo matched me with a second teacher, let's call him Mr. A. Mr. A agreed to have the lesson then canceled at the last minute. This was frustrating that the platform has no reliable teachers. I have been asking for a refund from Tutoroo for two weeks and all they say was "I will match you with another teacher." I do not want to waste my time and have lessons with teachers that I do not choose. I insisted on getting refunds but they never budge. I ended up calling the bank and file a chargeback to this transaction.
