I've order online and receiced my sms to confirm that my order was received in store. After 22 Jul 2021, I went to Truworths Baywest Mall Port Elizabeth 3 time to collect my navy pair of shoes that I've order on the 11th of Jul but each time the store inform me that they cant find it and that I must ome back another time. My order number are [protected] I've received my makeup on this order but not my shoes. I phone the customer care line but they request that I must phone them back on the 10th of Aug.
