BBT has charged off a charge card they gave someone in my name, without even checking the address, I have a credit freeze but they still issued it anyway. I cannot get them to take this off of my credit. They issued the credit card to a vacant house and the thief went to the house and picked up the credit card. I have three accounts at BBT and they didn't even bother to check the address.
