I haven’t got refunded after 6 months

I have applied for a refund for my cancelled flight at the first lockdown on August 2020 and I called the flight airlines 'Lufthansa' and they told me the money was sent to the company I booked from 'tripair' after so many emails I received this email but I didn't get the money nor an answer when I tried to contact them again. This was sent on November 26th, 2020 Cancellation/Refund When will I receive my refund?
