Can’t get invoice from Travelgenio and being ignored by Customer Service

I used Travelgenio to book a flight within South Africa, Johannesburg to Mthatha 2 August 2021 and returned on 3 August 2021. A month has passed since my trip and I'm still being ignored by customer service after emailing them twice a week for a month. Even angry emails doesn't seem to get a response. I need the invoice so that my company can reimburse me, and also to invoice the client as it is month end! I am really disappointed and utterly disgusted at the non-service I'm receiving, and Travelgenio is the worst travel agency I have ever used. REFERENCE NUMBER [protected]
