Chocolate Hazelnut Cookies not as marketed or photographed

There is almost no hazelnut (seriously only drops) between the cookies which in the photo show a substantial amount (like an Oreo) and claims "...made with ground hazelnuts with a creamy Chocolate hazelnut center" With a "Sell by JUL 28 21 B 2 " Bought three boxes across two stores in LA and one just now in Oakland CA. Same lot of cookies I presume.
