Unauthorized charges coming out of my account

I keep getting charged for things I did not do! I need a complete refund and my account removed from the tophatter customer files. I will sue if this is not corrected in a timely manner. This is very disappointing especially at a time in our country that money is short. My lawyer will be in contact over this if I do not receive a response. April ray
