out door 100 inch screen and necklace

I ordered a necklace and a 100 inch out door screen with. it says it was delivered to my small mailbox. I received the necklace. There is no way they can tell me an 100 inch which should been delivered by ups or fed-x. They refuse to give me my money or reshipped. I have a pic of my mailbox and the picture they sent me of the screen. My mailbox is small. Can not fit it. This is ems Tracking Number: Your tracking number is China EMS LY690595372CN. Please note it may take 24 to 48 hours for your tracking number to return any information. TRACK PACKAGE could not track on my phone it says deliverd at mailbox.
