THE SHOW I BOUT TICKETS FOR WAS POSTPONED TWICE. THEN I GET AN EMAIL ASKING IF I WANT A REFUND. I FILL OUT THEIR FORM AND THEY SEND ME AN EMAIL THAT SAYS: According to our records, we received a request for a refund or credit on this order. Credit requests are processed immediately and an email with a credit code is sent to the email address associated with your Ticketmaster account. Your refund will be processed to the original method of payment, once funds are received by the Event Organizer, which is usually completed within 30 days. Unfortunately, we cannot provide an exact date your refund will be complete. Once we have processed your refund, we will send a confirmation email to the email address on file. Thanks for reaching out. I FOLLOW UP IN 30 DAYS AND I GET THE SAME EMAIL RESPONSE. I DO THIS TWO MORE TIMES (NOW 90 DAYS) AND GET THE SAME RESPONSE. I TRY THE LIVE CHAT FUNCTION AND THEY SAY IT IS NOT AVAILABLE NOW.
