I have an Ticketmaster account under "[protected]@sc.rr.com". When I moved from South Carolina to Virginia my Internet Service Provider (ISP) cancelled that email account and I no longer have access to it. The ISP will not give it back unless I get cable from them again. So if I follow Ticketmaster's procedures to update my password and they want to send an email to an email that is no longer valid. I have opened a new account "[protected]@gmail.com" to try to contact Ticketmaster but the processes for updating that account are the same which is no help. So right now I cannot access tickets for the Rolling Stones on 30 September, 2021 in Charlotte and then Billy Joel in Charlotte next April. Even my insurance "Allianz If Ticketmaster could transfer my tickets under "[protected]@sc.rr.com" to "[protected]@gmail.com" that would be great or contact me somehow to update the sclark13 account so I can gain access to that account and those tickets. HELP!!!
