Amazon return I shipped two boxes to Guelph, I asked for the boxes to shipped and Sam said It will be $264.00 I was shocked 2 boxes to Guelph .The seller told me it should be about $80.00 This guy at the desk asked me to fill out the shipping sheet .I had return labels from amazon already and he should be filling out the forms not me ???? Tracking no # 1z751ay02054518762 & 1z751ay02021188181 delivered Monday June 14 th Sam di not know what he was doing He had tracking number on the shipping slip .I could not find it later to track the 2 boxes .Why were they billed seperately as they were together box 1 & box 2 shipped as two shipments when they went together ( I shipment ) not 2 Sam really doesn't know what he is doing and its too bad but I had to deal with this guy . When I asked a week later about the boxes. If they were delivered ? omg here we go again with guy LOL He asked for tracking number well of course I don't have as he never put it on the original billing LOL . I had a receipt and purchase number that I shipped it .I gave him the date of shipment he said its not in the system . I called back and said look you never gave me a tracking number on the orginal shipment yellow form so I cant track .Please check again because My purchase slip ( receipt says shipped June 10 th . He said I will call you back . He finally called me back and gave me the tracking number for two shipments, which should have been one . Basically he over charged the shipment and it was really a struggle to deal with him . He needs training and the basics of the job bottom line . I will not go into that store again, I will drive to the other UPS STORE FOR BETTER ESERVICE I never complain this is very bad for UPS reputation
