I dropped a package off 2 weeks ago to the ups store on talons road near gateway walmart in Columbus ga. The rep took my box gave me a receipt and told me she would take care of the rest. Low and behold when she sent the box off my Size 6 air force one sneakers never made it back to finishline for return. I called finishline and was advised I would have to go back to ups store. I called and was told that basically it's not their problem. They are independent own company and not their problem. Been online trying to file a claim no luck. Called ups and emailed until I can't email anymore. I was ripped off by this ups store. My sneakers never made it back. Just the empty hollow box. Nothing in the box. Ripped off by UPS
