I've been furlough from my job as of March 13, 2020. I was called back to work for 1 day on 04/17/2021 and when I reported my earnings to the department of labor my claim was escalated. It's been 5 weeks and I have not received any benefits. Every time I certify for benefits it says claim not payable, please help I am a single mother of 4. when I finally get through with a representative all they tell me to keep certifying
