Can’t get thru to file a claim

I applied for a claim and received my statement on what i will receive but when i went online to do weekly benefits it says my account has expired but i never got anything. No matter what I do it keeps saying i need to contact an agent but every time i call it says phone lines are full call tomorrow. been going on for 1 week now. Please help me. I need to get a check soon. thank you
