Floral Order Not Delivered

Ordered Flowers for my sister who just had major surgery. I tried to order through another website but when I put my sisters address in it immediately did not accept the order saying it was outside the delivery address. I then went to teleflora and they accepted the address and order. 2 days went by and the day the order was to be delivered teleflora texted me and said the order needed to be canceled because they had no one to deliver it. I called and they said they don't have many network floral shops in that area and I basically was out of luck and all they would do is refund my money. I wish I had known this when I placed the order. Will never use teleflora again! 8.12.2021
