Bad Service and Horrible follow up

Car No : PMN 2023 Serviced 3 weeks back for RM 2000. As usual your screwed up technician will have his greasy hands all over the car. It happens when ever I service my car. I've been servicing with Nissan till now. Requested for plastic material to be replaced.This is near the wiper. Plastic cover that prevents from rain or water to get into the engine bay.2 weeks and no one responded . Called yesterday. Then only I was informed that the parts are here. Nissan style of getting customer to follow up. Now comes the best part. They don't have my number.i gave it to them so that they can pass it to the technician and he will call me.So who actually makes the arrangement or appointment for me to replace my car parts? Every single thing is paid by me and yet I'm making all the calls. I'm not sure what needs to be done or maybe I'll have to take the technician out for a drink and slow talk to him. My car even has an additional sound from the right hand side now after the major service. Hooray! And FYi your car player went kaput exactly 1 year after the warranty came to an end. How delightful. Maybe Nissan should appoint me to train your workers on cleanliness and SLA's.Ill do it for free. I'm a bit excited with this complaint. Keeping my fingers crossed. Anand [protected]
