I returned an unworn, unused item to the New Jersey office/Swatch US online retail store. It was delivered to them on July 26, 2021. After emailing, several times, and calling on the phone, three times, I was assured by a rep, each time, that my credit had been processed and should show up on my account, soon. I have never received a credit and have no response back from the company. One lady I spoke to, over the phone, was terribly rude and wanted to contradict everything I was telling her about the credit not being received. I verified with my credit card company that no credit had been issued. I also wore a watch I had purchased in July, for the first time, yesterday. The date dial is broken and I can't get a response from Swatch, as to what to do about it. It's a brand new, right out of the box item, and part of it is not working. Customer service with this place is TERRIBLE!!!
