Internet billing complaint due to price changes and lies!

I called July 24, 2021, and recorded the call where the agent said that the new bill would be $78.50 and now I got a bill of $153.08. I called to make sure that I would not go over the data plan and was told/promised that I would not go over it from July 24, 2021, and on. So, I was lied to by Suddenlink and it was a big waste of time since they are saying that I "did" go over the monthly plan, but was told that I would not due to the new plan of Unlimited Data starting that day. July I called and in August a bill of $153.08 shows up so what happened with the $78.50 promise? Something is happening and it is very wrong since this is the fourth time that they change the price (back and forth for six months)! Attached are the new bill of $153.08, the agreed/promised price, and the recording of July 24, 2021, when the new price for the bills was made starts at 5:58! Thank you, Jose Tor Sablon
