Credit report/scam

I was unauthorized that I was charged in December 2017 on my Bank Of America Account which it is now closed.I called them several times that year that why am I charged for that account that I never attend. Still until this day I tried to call them but I'm on hold for hours. Now It's affecting my credit score especially when I trying to get my own place & my own vehicle.
