Good Day I ordered food from Steers Pinetown St Johns last night the 24-02-2021. The service and the food was terrible. Firstly I was told that there were not doing any deliveries and I would have to pick up. So I placed my order over the phone. When I got to the store I could not even walk in I had to stand at the door. The floor was wet with soapy water all over. Should a customer fall and get injured that would not be nice. When I got home firstly there was no cutlery, no salt, pepper, chips spice or sauces.not even serviettes. The chips was terrible it was full of oil and the chicken was so dry after me clearly telling the lady when placing my order that the chicken must not be over cooked and I wanted extra sauce. I always purchase from Steers in Kloof and the food is always on point. I have attached pictures of the chicken and the chips.
