Blocked communication with clients

Spamhaus is actively blocking, in real-time, ALL my outgoing emails to my business clients for no other apparent reason (as given by the company's website) than a number of false suppositions. In so doing I am being prevented from conducting my legitimate business. Spamhaus are unapproachable, all messages that I have tried to send to them on their website have gone unanswered. Their website claims that they cannot provide contact details (phone or email) because of the 'International' nature of their business. My reply to that is B******t!
