This morning we arranged for a car wash at your Sasol BrackenGate branch in Cape Town. As required, our car keys were handed in. when we went to collect our vehicle an hour later, one of the employees has walked off with the key in her pocket and had gone shopping. She did not answer her cellular when the manager tried to contact her. This meant that we had to wait a further 40 minutes for her to return. This is unacceptable service and we felt this should be brought to your attention.
