I purchased this product through Home Depot in the early spring time last year. I used it to clean my driveway, back patio and walk way just once for the spring cleaning that I do every year. I used it this year again for the second time, back patio, driveway and then lastly my walk way and it stopped rotating to clean. I pulled the head up off of the ground and titled it, sprayed just straightly, no turning, seen it leaking at gasket area and then on top where the allen wrench bolted area. I tightened it due to the reviews that I seen on line as it gets loose which was. I hooked it up to my NEW Ryobi 3000 psi power washer, it was still leaking but not as bad as the first time I used it this year once I notice it stop working. I bought this product on the reviews, a dear friend of mine at Home Depot stating that her Dad has one and works awesome. I had plans on doing my next door neighbors walk way and drive way since it's starting to turn black and at 86 yrs old I don't want her to fall coming out of her front door which is on the side of her house and has mold issues before and I just used my power washer tip to take care of that for her. I paid good money for this with high hopes of a long time used as I take great care in all my tools and other things because I care about my property. Please advise me on what to do with this product, if need be will be gladly to send back to so you can see what I am stating here. I don't want to buy a new one and then the same thing happen again but don't want her spend more money on using just the head part of the power washer tip and waste water as well as time.
