Unprofessional matter

1

On 08/15/2021 I visited Ross Dress For Less store, in Hatfield, PA 19446 at around 1:00 PM. My cash register was Amanda. I purchased a white crafted wooden picture, and asked for a small bag for the receipt. I was told by Amanda that they are short in bags. Beside the register was standing the manager and she told "I will definitely not give you a back for your receipt". I felt insulted, offended and humiliated. Then I asked for a big bag for the picture and was rejected again. It is not a wright to treat a customer this way. The manager is rood not competitive, unprofessional and do not have wright customer skills. She could nicely explain me that there is a shortage of bags and not being rude to me. It does not mean that they did not had in stock any more bags. It was a shortage. Then by which privilege's they decide who will get a bag and who will not get. I am a very old and loyal customer in this store, and they know me. English is my second language maybe this is the reason why I was treated this way. Would like to hear back about this matter. / Thanks
