Tried to cancel the account only to find out the account automatically renews for a full year. Tried to cancel one of the phone numbers associated with the account. RingCentral refused to cancel my account and was told I had to keep paying for another year. I asked them why wasn't I told that my account was being renewed for another year. Was told they were not required to send out that notice. After several calls - I asked what if I forget to call and cancel next March when it automatically renews again. I was told it would automatically renew again. Then I had to request to them that I do not want it to automatically renew and only then the person said they would note that on my account. Also I tried to remove my credit card information on the account and was unable to so.
