My 12 month agreement ended March 2020. It auto renewed without notification from Regus and I called April 2020 to see if there is a way to cancel it due to pandemic. They said they cannot do anything about it. they gave me two options of discounts to help with the cost and I responded for the Offer 2: • 100% credit of your monthly Membership fee for April • Extend your existing term for an additional 3 months at the same price So I basically had to pay 12 months of membership for space I cannot use due to pandemic. I never got notification for the first renewal. So this month, when I logged into my account in my app, it says that it auto renewed again already in February 4. I tried to cancel it in the app but says it won't be canceled until March 2022. I called the account help desk and the person I talked to said that she will ask approval from her manager to terminate it since it doesn't technically start til next month. The person emailed me this morning saying that I will have to talk to t he sales person in the local office for my agreement to be changed to a short term instead. I called that person in the local Regus office but he said he doesn't have capability to do it and that I have to call the account help desk again since they are the one who can make the change. I called the account help desk again and the person said he cannot do it either. I was passed to 4 more people after that and no one can do anything. One person keep saying that I got emails of the renewal. This is false, I never got any notification and all I get from Regus is notification of invoice and when I pay it. For a pandemic like this, you would think that a company like this will be willing to help you make adjustments for memberships/working space you cannot use. People cannot afford to pay a whole year for something they cannot use.
